Refractories for Ladle

Guancheng Company has 2500t hydraulic press 1set, 630t press 10 set, which can be used to produce ladle press brick. It can produce 60,000 tons of ladle bricks annually and can undertake the whole contract business of 30t-380t ladle, including magnesia-carbon bricks, alumina-magnesia-carbon bricks, magnesia-alumina-carbon bricks, ultra-low carbon bricks, carbon-free bricks, nozzle well block, purging bricks, slide gate for nozzle, various unshaped materials and refining furnace covers.

In addition to machine pressing brick, Guancheng also produces carbon free precast brick, using tabular corundum, white corundum, spinel, alumina powder, pure calcium aluminate cement or alumina gel with variety of additives, casting with water.

We can undertake 100-380tons of ladle whole contract business, including: carbon-free prefabricated bricks, nozzle well block , purging bricks, slide gate for nozzle, various unshaped materials and refining furnace cover.
